The opportunity to voice feelings and receive support in a confidential, non-judgmental setting is essential. My clients say my commitment, engagement and honesty helps them open up and be real with me. Through our work together, my clients become more self-aware of their emotional triggers, learn how their past affects their present and how to create positive changes in their lives.

For over 25 years I have pursued advanced training in state of the art techniques, including: Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, and Hypnotherapy. I work with clients of all ages.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Relationships with those we love are some of the most significant factors in our happiness and mental well-being. Disharmony in relationships – partners, family or friends – causes frustration and sadness, but psychotherapy can help.

I meet with couples, siblings, parents and children - often together - but there are times when other people in our relationships are unavailable or unwilling to seek therapy. Nevertheless, therapy can still help individuals resolve relationship problems even if those others aren't present.

Sometimes, despite all our best efforts, a relationship needs to end. In that case, I help individuals and families navigate the challenges of break-ups and divorce.
