Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia
CBT-I is a six to eight-session program that identifies and alters thought and behavior patterns that prevent restful sleep. Studies show CBT-I is more effective than medication and can be used in combination with sleeping pills to help decrease and eliminate your dependence on them.
Our brains work on many different levels. I can teach you to achieve a state of deep relaxation through hypnotherapy.
Mindfulness helps you cultivate and increase your ability to relax your mind and body and to not feel overly reactive or overwhelmed.
